Experity Advisors LLP was established in 2019 with a clear focus on building a specialised, technically strong advisory practice. Starting with a small team of three professionals, the firm has grown into a multidisciplinary platform with a team of over 20 members, including two full-time partners and three associate partners.

From its inception, the firm has been guided by senior professionals with over four decades of experience in practice, shaping its approach to quality, independence, and professional standards. As one of the early Registered Valuer Entities recognised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, and among the first in Pune, Experity has developed a focused practice in valuation and transaction advisory.

Over the years, the firm has undertaken assignments across India, including select cross-border engagements. Its work spans valuation assignments under various regulatory and commercial contexts, as well as advisory engagements in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising transactions.
